Who we are
Atharv Enterprises ("we", "us") is a supplier of construction materials based in Panchkula, Haryana. We are the data fiduciary for personal data collected through this website.
What we collect
- Enquiries: your name, mobile number, optional email, site location and message when you use the contact form.
- Accounts: your name, email address and a protected (hashed) password if you create an account, or your name, email and profile picture from Google if you sign in with Google.
- Two-factor authentication: the secret key that links your authenticator app, and hashed backup codes, if you turn on two-factor authentication.
- Estimates: the areas, floors and rates you enter in the estimator, if you choose to save an estimate.
We do not collect payment card details on this website, and we do not use advertising trackers.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and send you a quotation.
- To let you sign in, keep your account secure and show your saved estimates.
- To arrange delivery and issue invoices once you place an order.
We rely on your consent, which you give when you submit a form or create an account. You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to us; this does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it.
Data stored on your device
The site uses your browser's local storage, not tracking cookies, to remember your colour theme, the last values you entered in the estimator, and whether you are signed in. You can clear this at any time from your browser settings.
Google sign-in
If you choose "Continue with Google", Google shares your name, email address and profile picture with us. Google's handling of your data is covered by the Google Privacy Policy. We never receive your Google password.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the website, send messages or deliver orders, and only as much as they need. We may disclose data where the law requires it.
Retention and security
We keep enquiry details for up to 24 months, and account data for as long as your account is open. Invoices are kept for the period required by tax law. Passwords and backup codes are stored only as one-way hashes, and you can add two-factor authentication to your account.
Your rights
You can ask us to give you a summary of the personal data we hold about you, correct or update it, erase it, or nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf. Signed-in users can also sign out and remove saved estimates from the account page.
